The Wicked Witch of the West relates the popular Story of Dorothy and her dog Toto, who were dragged by a cyclone to a fantastic country: OZ.

While Dorothy travels to the Emerald City in search of the Wizard of Oz to return to her home in Kansas, she will have to face the evil witch of the West and will find on her way the Brainless Scarecrow, the Heartless Tin Man and the Cowardly Lion of the Jungle. Together, they will live endless adventures that will lead them to discover the solution to their lack of values.
